42 The Calls Hotel donate luxurious overnight stay and two Cirque Du Soleil tickets
42 The Calls Hotel are delighted to have donated two tickets to see the spectacular Cirque Du Soleil at Leeds First Direct Arena and a luxurious stay at 42 The Calls Hotel to Moorlands School, Leeds. The School will be raffling this amazing star prize to help raise funds for the purchase new school equipment in the hope that this prize will generate the right level of interest.
Jacqueline Atkinson, Headteacher commented, What a wonderful prize for the Summer Fair, it will certainly ‘freshen things up’ and we appreciate your generosity. Furthermore, Mike Robert and Eve Alcock, Committee member of Moorlands School Association said; “Thank you so much again for your generosity! We really do appreciate it and a quality prize like the tickets as well as a night stay at 42 The Calls Hotel will most definitely have a positive effect on ticket sales. The raffle is our single biggest income earner so this will make all the difference to the school and what we can buy for the children”.
Simon Pollard, Group CEO and owner of 42 The Calls Hotel has supported the school with a number of iPads to raffle off over the years, due to the continued growth of the business we have changed tack on this summer fair and provided a different type of prize for the raffle; Simon commented; “We are thrilled to donate two Cirque Du Soleil tickets and a night stay at 42 The Calls Hotel. As a parent of 3, we have 2 boys that attend Moorlands and we wanted to show our appreciation and help the school raise funds to support the purchase of new school equipment.”
42 The Calls Hotel are so happy to have been able to help Moor Lands School, and we wish them the best of luck with fundraising.
