We envisioned an incredible redevelopment of 42 The Calls Hotel that provided guests with a luxurious experience from the moment they arrive. This hotel has the potential to go beyond a place to rest your head, and instead create a fully immersive experience for every guest.

Handpicked concierge staff will be committed to making sure your stay is one to remember, ensuring each guest’s needs are met, along with a chauffer service welcoming guests with either a Rolls Royce or for those arriving by train, can opt to be picked up via boat and cruise along the River Aire, arriving at 42 The Calls being welcomed with a glass of champagne.

A Truly Unique Setting

New facilities were planned to be introduced, inclusive of an exclusive rooftop champagne lounge for members-only overlooking the water, along with a gourmet riverside restaurant, café bar, 2nd champagne bar which will be open to the public and conferencing facilities kitted out with state-of-the-art technology and free WiFi.

Dining areas were designed to cater for up to 160 guests inclusive of private dining facilities, the restaurant along with the riverside balcony.

Opulent Interiors

A selection of 37 rooms would have been available, with a plush Penthouse Suite and Heritage Suite, 3 Junior Suites and Director Rooms, 18 Deluxe Rooms, 1 Large Deluxe Room and 10 Standard Rooms. Interiors are opulent and take influence from the Industrial Revolution, blended together seamlessly to create a modern and decadent setting to relax in.

The Penthouse Suite would be the ‘crème de la crème’ of the hotel. Providing the most opulent accommodation, set in a master suite inclusive of a concealed kitchenette for the long stay guests comforts with balcony overlooking the stunning waterfront setting.

Chauffer Service

You can choose to arrive at the hotel in a chauffeur driven Rolls Royce, or alternatively if arriving by train, you can be greeted at the station’s waterside with the hotel’s very own Riva boat and be welcomed with a glass of champagne.

Café Bar

The renovation of the existing Café Bar into a high-end, relaxing space for hotel guests and the public.

Rooftop Champagne Lounge

An exclusive lounge for members-only, offering stunning views of the riverside scenery, and serving a selection of top-shelf champagne.

Champagne Bar

A champagne bar will be created on the ground floor, offering a luxury ambience and indulgent experience for guests, restaurant customers and the public alike.

Restaurant

The renovation of the existing restaurant into a large open plan space, which flows with the waterfront location in it’s design, inclusive of private dining facilities.

Conferencing

Introduction of state-of-the-art conferencing facilities, with high-technology solutions and complimentary internet connection.
